Features
The OM Series is quarter-turn actuators that produce up to 4500Nm of torque. The actuator can be applied for service on the most of ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other similar rotary quarter-turn automation applications. They provide self-locking as standard units, local visual indicators and manual override options together with a wide range of voltages.
Enclosure
IP 67: Waterproof and dust-proof enclosures.
NEMA 4X: Waterproof and dust-proof enclosures.
Material : Aluminum alloy, powder coated.
Manual Override
Cluthless design, the manual operation can be operated without any lever, clutch or brake upon power outage.
When electric motor is operating, manual hand-wheel won't rotate for person safe purpose.
Motor
Standard extended duty cycle induction motor. 
Finsulation class for all models.(OM-A, OM-A-M, BM-2, and OM-1 to OM- 13.)
Built-in thermal protection (135°C) prevents motor burning out.
Gear Train
High alloy steel gear trains provide self-locking function to avoid valve back drive.
Position Indicator
All models are equipped with a direct-drive position indicator on the top of actuator cover.

Temperature : -30°C ~ +65°C

Ball valve
Features
The ball valve Series is an economical, stainless steel, ball valve ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage applications. Three piece constructions allows for in line maintenance and cleaning. Valve body and end caps are investment cast for exceptional quality and corrosion resistance. Reinforced TFE seats and body seals are glass reinforced for strength while providing excellent chemical compatibility and bubble tight sealing to 1000 psi. Standard mounting pad allows for easy automation.
Needle valve
Features These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Tubing connections utilizes single ferrule design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.
Butterfly valve
Features These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's SpeedBite single ferrule design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.
Diaphragm Valve (Flanged)
Description 

Diaphragm valves offer many body and elastomeric diaphragm material combinations. The valve design is abrasion-resistant and non-clogging. When the diaphragm, which is connected to the stem of the valve by a compressor, is pulled away from the bottom of the valve body or weir, the path of the fluid has a smooth, streamlined flow. Slurries at low pressure, which would normally clog most other valve designs, easily pass through a diaphragm valve. The valve has a top-entry design, allowing in-line maintenance; it is suitable for throttling and on/off service in applications ranging from water treatment to chemical abrasion processes. Diaphragm valves are operated manually, electrically or pneumatically.
