The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps are aseptic and healthy,this line can also automatically carry out washing,sterilizing,filling, capping, counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatic technologies together.

Features:
  • ​Machine main frame is produced by AISI304L stainless steel materials
  • Sides of bath have radius and features no backlashes. There is not any dead points in the baths. So contamination is prevented. Machine stops when temperature loss.
  • Bath grounds are sloping to drain and drain valves provide complete discharge.
  • Water of a bath never mix with the water of the next or previous bath. There is seperation curtains, recuperation plates, air blowing systems and drenage stations in every stage to prevent this mixing.
  • Easy cleaning for all baths , features manhole for inspection and maintenance.
  • Detergent and disinfectan comsuption has a direct proportion to liquid transfer between baths .Liquid transfer is prevented by separation walls , sepration sheets , airflow system and drainage stations.
  • Bath level checks and feeding is automatically.
  • Baths feature hygenic sampling valves.
  • Machine stops when the doors are opened.
  • The control system is PLC based.
  • Used pomps are stainless steel and dust - retaining filters are available at pump sections.
  • Sides of machines are covered with plexiglas covers while providing an easy monitoring of washing process ans easy reach for maintenance.
  • Security switches provide automatic stop fort he machine whne the covers are opened.
  • High temperature piping are standard for the washer section.

  • The outlet of the machine where the clean bottles exit is a closed and clean zone. At this area there is a H14 Hepa Filter. ( is protected to get longer life with pre-filtration ) which is sended positive and sterilized air inside the machine.
  • All pumps, valves, sample valves, controllers are located at the side of operator.
  • All materials and equipments used will have CE certificates.
  • The housing and the resistances of the tube type electrical heat exchanger are made of AISI316 material.
  • All welding are hygienic ans sanitary and welding points are applied a post welding enhncement procedure.
  • Hygienic butterfly valves are used.
